How to obtain Torin1
Torin1 is a highly selective and potent small molecule inhibitor of mTOR. It was jointly developed by the labs of Drs. Nathanael S. Gray (Dana-Farber Cancer Institute) and David M. Sabatini (Whitehead Institute/MIT/HHMI). A description of the biological effects of Torin1 has been published (Pubmed) (PDF) (Supp Data).

the steps below to obtain Torin1

to download an MS Word file containing the Torin1 MTA as well as instructions for filling it out.
- Using
a word processor fill out the Torin1 MTA, print it,
sign it and have it signed by an appropriate official of your institution.
To complete the MTA you will need a very brief description of
what you wish to do with Torin1; a shipping address
and telephone number; and, importantly, a FedEx account number
we can use to cover the shipping charges.
- After
completing the Torin1 MTA follow the instructions on where to mail, email, or fax it.
